New XCC Tip Changer: powerful performance without compressed air

Limited space in the welding cell? KYOKUTOH’s new XCC makes automated tip changing possible even where every centimetre counts. Its compact, lightweight design gives the robot arm plenty of room to move.

The specially designed gearbox combines low speed with high torque. This allows worn electrode tips to be removed reliably and new ones to be installed. The XCC is fully electric and requires no compressed air connection.
