Our technical sales team provides you with highly competent advice and accompanies you from planning and design to assembly and commissioning. In close cooperation with you, they will develop an optimal machine concept for efficient cap machining. Of course, we take your individual requirements into account in order to realize an optimal solution for you. 

If required, our experts will prepare a feasibility study to check the technical and economic implementation in advance. Absolute confidentiality and transparency are a matter of course.

Maintenance and inspection
Regular maintenance and inspection of the tip dressers and tip changers is essential to ensure reliable dressing and changing results. With maintenance, you minimize downtimes, extend the life cycle of your equipment and thus save costs.

Our technicians recommend half-yearly maintenance for KYOKUTOH tip dressers and maintenance after 2,000 to 4,000 change cycles for tip changer. The maintenance services include checking and cleaning the equipment. If necessary, wear parts are replaced and lubricants are refilled.

You can decide whether you want our technicians to carry out the maintenance/inspection on site or whether you want to send the units to us. On-site service work is carried out quickly and easily, so your devices are ready for use quickly. If you decide to send in the devices, we will provide you with replacement devices free of charge for the service period. This means your downtimes are minimized.

 

Training courses
In order to give your employees confidence in the daily handling of our equipment, we offer product training courses. These are particularly suitable for plant operators, maintenance staff and robot programmers. We teach them in operating our CDK-BAYO tip dresser, with milling tools, our swiveling dresser, the KIKK tip changer as well as our DH-SVR2 2-in-1 combination.

The training courses usually take 2 to 3 hours and are performed on special training equipment. The training can take place in our training rooms in Unna or on your premises. At the end, each participant receives training documents and a certificate.
